Refund policy
Because SpaZilla products are sold at liquidation, all sales are final, except under the following circumstances:
1. The product is defective. SpaZilla defines "defective" as failure to work for the purpose of which the product was designed and manufactured.
2. The wrong item was shipped to you.
If the return is a result of our error or if the item is defective as defined above, please contact support@spazilla.com to receive your prepaid shipping label.
RETURNABLE ITEMS
To complete your return, please include a copy of the original receipt, the original product packaging, and your reason for the return. Send your items to:

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 30 business days for receipt and processing of your return. Once your product has been received into our Returns Center, we will notify you via email when your return has been processed and a refund will be issued.
REFUNDS
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
